About the Museum
The area’s most educational museum featuring local history and arts sits waiting for your entry at the Branson Ralph Foster Museum.
One of the Midwest’s most preeminent and foremost institutions dedicated to preserving local heritage, learn how the area grew from its humble roots in the 20s – to the popular vacation destination that it is today!
Set on the campus of the College of the Ozarks, the museum was started by Dr. Robert M. Good in the basement of the boy’s dormitory on the school’s campus. Fast forward in time to when the dorm was vacated, and the collection quickly grew to encompass an entire building on the college.
View some of the Ozarks’ most treasured artifacts, documents, and exhibits at this intriguing display of the local area history!
